Senior Data & Analytics Analyst

The Senior Analyst, Data & Analytics will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing insights to improve business operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducts complex data analysis and provides insights to support business choices.

• Develops and maintains analytical models and tools to support business needs.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems.

• Manages projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

• Provides guidance and mentorship to Data & Analytics Analysts.

What You'll Need for Success

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, or comparable combination of education and experience.

• 5 -10+ years of experience in data analysis and management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment.

The salary for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.
