What You'll Be Doing
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, and email in a timely and professional manner.
Resolving customer issues and complaints with effective solutions.
Processing orders accurately.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records.
