You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The Data Consultant / Tool specialist is responsible for successful delivery of Data Management solutions to perform ECTL (Extract, Cleanse, Transform and Load) data from legacy (both NON-SAP and SAP) systems to on-premise or cloud applications such as SAP S4 HANA, ARIBA, SAP MDG, SAP ECC, Workforce Time and Attendance and SuccessFactors.
This opportunity is for an individual with deep experience with Master Data Management solutions and passionate to embark exciting data journey to enable business transformation /optimization initiatives for NA clients.
Responsible for leading team members in successful design and delivery of Data Management solutions with an emphasis on quality, consistency.
Architect MDM solution and hands-on experience to identify, analysis of data issues with in-depth, evaluation of identify root cause and propose alternate options to solve complex business problems,
Collaborate with data owners, data Stewards to implement effective data management processes to drive key business decisions.
Leading technical aspects of the delivery of Data or SAP EIM (Enterprise Information Management) solution components, working across business technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition systems architecture for the organization.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
2 or more full project life cycle implementation of end-to-end data management solutions (ECTL- Extract, Cleanse, Transform and Load) to integrate legacy systems (SAP and Non-SAP) with one or more Target systems (SAP, S/4 HANA, ARIBA, Workforce Time and Attendance, SuccessFactors).
5 to 10 Years of experience with at least one or more SAP Data Management tools (Data Services, Information Steward, SAP MDG) or other leading Data Management ETL Solutions (SQL SSIS, IBM InfoSphere, e-Hub, Informatica, Syniti ADM, SNP etc.,)
Experience working with Master Data objects and deep understanding of the integration with S4 HANA (RTR, OTC, STP, PTP, eWM etc., ), HRIS systems SuccessFactors HCM, Workforce functions are required.
Experience with standard SAP loading methods like LSMW, LTMC, Migration cockpit, Emigall.
Strong consulting skills paired with strong technical skills to convey the value of an Master Data Management/Governance solution to the client and present pros and cons, challenges and propose recommendations etc.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with data quality, data profiling and metadata management, data structure classifications and workflow and processes
Strong configuration skills of Master Data Management/Governance solution solutions with Global or complex project experience
Strong experience with Implementation methodologies - experience in the Agile / Activate methodology
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in leading teams in the delivery of data migration in a challenging project environment
Strong leadership skills and the ability to multi-task within a dynamic workplace
Thorough experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques
A comprehensive understanding of Master Data Management / Governance processes and their integration and impact to drive business processes.
The ability to develop strong relationships with clients
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to deliver results with an aggressive timeline
