    Job Description:

    Responsible for providing counsel and support to HR partners, and team members on compensation related matters, policies, practices and/or procedures. Collaborates directly with the business to advise and execute on comp-related initiatives that can facilitate the achievement of each unit's immediate and long-term objectives. Provides support to the business areas in administering non-corporate incentive plans and programs. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyzes job profiles and specifications using job evaluation and leveling techniques to properly align jobs and establishes compensation parameters equitable within the organization and competitive to the market. Ensures jobs have the proper exemption status or otherwise meet compliance and regulatory standards to including documentation.

    • Provides analytics, data, and research to support compensation team members, internal clients, as well as support for other compensation projects as needed. Works with internal partners to propose or implement compensation solutions designed to support business objectives. Assists in the design of complex compensation reports in accordance with the requirements/data elements that streamline and support compensation programs. Adheres to and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, internal requirements and HR policies.

    • Participates in the planning and administration of formal merit increase, bonus and long-term incentive processes.

    • Defines process improvement and best practice opportunities to current business/work processes. Documents new procedures and business process work flow as relates to compensation.

    • Backup to Compensation Consultants to help support client groups as needed.

    • Provides support to the business areas in administering non-corporate incentive plans and programs and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.

    • Participates in third party compensation surveys and provide continuous research with peer companies and similar external markets.

    Minimum Qualifications

    At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and Management, or related field

    • 4+ years of experience inCompensation, finance or Related

    • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Compensation, finance or Related

    Preferred Qualifications

    If we had our say, we'd also look for:

    • 6+ years of experience in Compensation, finance or Related

    • CCP

    Compensation:

    The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
