  • As a Senior Channel Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our channel operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and drive growth through our distribution and partner channels. Your expertise in channel operations and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our channel initiatives. You will report directly to our Director of Channel Operations and you'll work out of our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our channel operations, driving improvements in productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel operations and drive growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Identify and implement best practices for channel operations - Provide support and guidance to channel partners to ensure alignment with company objectives - Conduct regular reviews and audits of channel operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

    YOU MUST HAVE - Proven experience of at least 5 years in channel operations or related roles - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools - Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics WE VALUE - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field - Experience in managing channel operations in the technology or manufacturing industry - Strong project management skills - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment - Continuous improvement mindset
