    We seek a Senior Business Development Manager at our office in Long Beach, CA-you could be a perfect fit. We seek individuals passionate about building strategic relationships with owners, architects, design-build contractors, and allied professionals to further the P2S mission of building a better future every day.

    Our ideal candidate is a collaborative and thoughtful communicator eager to work independently and as part of a team to build and strengthen awareness of P2S's market and service capabilities. With knowledge and insight into market and business trends within Southern California, this individual will collaborate with firm principals and other business development staff to expand P2S's geographic reach across the entire West Coast.

    When representing P2S at industry conferences, mixers, networking events, and other company-sponsored events, this individual consistently represents P2S's commitment to client service. This position also works directly with P2S Market Leaders, Principals, and key stakeholders to move the needle on our strategic business goals for a diverse set of markets and services.

    Employment Type: Full-time

    Schedule: Hybrid; some travel required

    Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 annually

    Level: Senior

    Position Requirements

    • 10-15 years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry

    • Proven record of success in B2B relationship development with an active network in key P2S markets and services

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce (CRM), IMS, and LinkedIn

    • Excellent ability to communicate with owners, clients, and colleagues

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with proven business development experience
