Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience with Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) ERP. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of system functionality and best practices. They will be responsible for leading projects and collaborating with users to identify opportunities for process improvements, as well as support users with ERP applications. This person will work closely with business users to understand their needs and identify opportunities for process improvements using Infor Cloudsuite Distribution ERP and other systems. They will be expected to develop and implement best practices for system functionality and user efficiency.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years professional experience in Distribution in a Process Improvement or ERP process implementation role.

Bachelors degree in Computer Information or similar

Extensive Knowledge of multiple functions of Infor CloudSuite Distribution required.

Experience managing process improvement projects or implementation of Infor CSD.

Experience using TWL, DQ, Unlink and/or Phocas BI preferred.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite

Experience with reporting and BI tools as well as proficiency in Excel.

Experience with distribution model and technologies and their integration with the supply chain process

Experience defining IT strategy, including the cost-effectiveness benefit of security initiatives in the context of overall business risk mitigation and the company's operational objectives

Self-starter, driven and motivated individual

Inquisitive mind to develop problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution

Strategic thinking ability

Willing to embrace an entrepreneurial work environment null
