I. Job Summary
Recognized across the organization for functional expertise. Acts as the primary liaison between the Technology and the business of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Conducts technically advanced and in-depth level business process analysis, functional design, and preliminary effort / cost / benefit analysis in an effort to align Technology solutions with business initiatives. Lead development and implementation of eCommerce waste & recycling service-oriented solutions, leveraged technology to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and drive sustainable practices within the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing eCommerce platforms, specifically Salesforce and Salesforce B2B Commerce (formerly CloudCraze),
II. Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.
Drive sales growth by developing and prioritizing features that enhance the customer experience, improve conversion rates, and increase overall revenue.
Collaborated closely with business partners, product owners and UX team to make and drive/execute recommendations.
Contributes expertise in particular business processes and is responsible for formulating systems/process scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and user requirements, process flow definitions, business process mapping and functional specifications.
Ensures the development of complex design solutions, enhancements to existing capabilities to meet business requirements and objectives.
Works with Salesforce, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
Manage and Analyze CRM data within Salesforce to support business decisions and optimize customer interactions.
Design and implement workflow rules, process builders, and automation within Salesforce B2B Commerce (formerly CloudCraze) to streamline business processes.
Develop Custom Solutions to extend Salesforce capabilities using Apex Programming and Visualforce.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services using APIs and middleware tools.
Use Agile frameworks and tools for managing and tracking development progress.
Manage a technical product backlog, including prioritization of technical debt, refactoring needs, and feature enhancements.
Develop and maintain a technical product roadmap that aligns with both business objectives and technical evolution.
Work closely with technical stakeholders, such as developers, QA engineers, and DevOps, to gather requirements, address technical constraints, and communicate progress.
Define and Track technical performance metrics (e.g., system reliability, performance benchmarks) to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth through eCommerce waste & recycling solutions, providing insights and support to drive sales initiatives, nurture client relationships, and meet sales targets.
III. Supervisory Responsibilities
Will coach and mentor less experienced analysts and act as team leader on more complicated systems projects.
IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Must live and work in the US.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelors Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, or similar area of study
Preferred Education: Master's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, or similar area of study
Experience: Eight years of relevant work experience as a IT Business Analyst (in addition to education requirement). Four years working as an IT Manager/Project Manager may substitute for the minimum years of experience.
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Developer
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) certification
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Technically advanced knowledge or in-depth skills in one or more of the following is required:
Systems development, implementation, upgrades and analyses
QA testing, business analysis methodologies, system design and related analysis
Project management methodologies
Training and communication skills
Expertise in Agile methodologies for efficient project management
Effective cross-functional collaboration abilities
Proven track record in driving digital sales growth
Familiarity with the waste industry, terminology, sustainability and best practices
Detail oriented with the skill to analyze and "read between the lines"
Working with field stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and municipal requirements
Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Salesforce, PowerBI, LogRocket, LucidChart

The expected salary range for this position is $102,700 - $153,525. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
