Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Prepare requirements document, which will be then used by the engineering team to develop/ makes changes to the system application.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.
6+ years of Business Analyst experience with a focus on the Banking & Capital Markets industry.
Minimum of 5 years of professional working experience within Agile or Scrum environments
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the banking and capital markets sector
Expertise in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in conducting high-impact meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with senior management and stakeholders.
Proven experience in interacting with business users to identify their needs, gather requirements, and author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) including Epics, Features, User Stories across the deliverables of a project.
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
Experience with banking and capital markets technologies such as core banking systems, trading platforms, and financial modeling software
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97000 to $160000
