Job Description

Searching for a role with freedom and pertaining to the restaurant industry? A Senior AWS DevOps is needed for our client to be on contract with a fully remote schedule on EST. It is a hands-on role while assisting various projects throughout the remainder of the year. The contract is one-year with a possibility of hiring once complete.

The projects are DevOps based, using Kubernetes clusters through EKS to improve their IAC base through Terraform. As well as Ansible for configuration management and monitoring through Datadog. You will be using some of the newest technologies! An awesome opportunity for growth and learning!

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience

• Proven working hands on with AWS and its services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS)

• Robust knowledge of Datadog

• Demonstrative skillset using Terraform and Ansible

• BS in Systems, Computer Science, or Information Technology

Desired Skills & Experience

• Ability to work from home daily with ease.

• Ability to mentor other developers on team.

• Strong communication skills.

• Resident of Georgia.

• 20% On-Prem (as migration project completes)
