    SUMMARY

    Our Senior Account Manager position is based in our Des Plaines headquarters and are the primary contact for all existing customers in our various markets (IL, IN, MN and MO). This role will work closely with Territory Sales Managers (outside sales) and other Account Managers to maximize customer growth through strategic and personal customer experiences. Account Managers are the heartbeat of FSI/Mission Filtration handling 200 plus customer relationships and up to $5.5M in revenue. The Sr Account Manager will be responsible for driving customer orders, upselling and working with outside Sales to achieve the territory yearly and quarterly goals.

    Responsibilities

    · Manage Key Accounts with annual revenue exceeding $20k.

    · Engage daily with customers via emails and phone calls, maintaining CRM system updates.

    · Prepare and follow up on quotes, expedite orders, and fulfill customer requirements.

    · Collaborate in meetings with the Territory Sales Team, leading tactical and strategy sessions.

    · Develop and implement Strategic Account Analysis Plans, conducting monthly customer business reviews.

    · Coordinate with FSI Service Technicians and service teams to address issues and ensure timely job completion.

    · Self-manage through KPIs, reporting weekly on territory metrics.

    · Secure purchase orders and assist with will call orders to ensure future revenue.

    · Mentor Account Manager I's, supporting training and strategy collaboration.

    · Grow customer revenue through consistent follow-ups, building relationships, and quick responses.

    · Support outside sales in customer acquisition, managing the sales funnel, and ensuring 20 customer interactions per week.

    · Stay updated on products to provide solutions and identify upsell opportunities.

    · Generate onsite opportunities for Sales and Account Managers.

    Qualifications

    · 2 or 4-year degree, or relevant sales experience.

    · Strong knowledge of customer service and sales principles.

    · 1-2 years in Customer Service Relationship Management and/or dispatch.

    · Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).

    · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    · Superior communication skills.

    · Initiative, stress tolerance, and a strong will to succeed.

    · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    · Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.

    Requirements:

    Compensation details: 60000-70000 Yearly Salary
