RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling Activities
Performing full-cycle sales using our consultative, solution-based selling methods
Proactively responding to inbound leads and generating outbound prospects from our house list
Answering 10-20 inbound daily phone calls, ranging from prospect inquiries to product information, quotes, contracting, and customer follow-up
Responding to 20-40 emails per day
Setting follow-up appointments with prospective customers and executing those commitments at the appropriate times
Product Knowledge
Maintaining an expert level of product knowledge about existing products and future products
Educating our prospective customers about the features of our product and the benefits of our services
Pipeline Management
Accurately inputting data into the CRM tool to track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to manage a predictable and reliable sales pipeline
Consistently performing at a high level, meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals
Consistently achieving a quota to ensure sales goals and objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED required; higher education degree preferred.
A minimum of one year’s experience demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, with a track record of generating new leads and closing deals.
Proficient in using CRM tools to organize and track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and forecast sales.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting sales strategies or tactics as needed.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently under pressure, and manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
Experience working cross-functionally with various departments to achieve shared objectives and support customers.
