Foster healthy, collaborative relationships by working in partnership with Trade Union representatives. Build and maintain strong relationships between management and unions at the local level.
Establish strong governance to review and control operational performance and continuous improvement plans. Embed a zero-loss mindset to consistently improve and achieve best-in-class performance both internally and externally.
Lead talent management, capability building, and employee engagement for the manufacturing team. Identify and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop critical talent, and build technical and behavioral capabilities for a sustainable workforce.
