Job Description

We are seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to support a large federal program. This person will serve as an escalation point for the field service customer support professionals that are onsite supporting over 300 customer sites with approximately 18,000 users worldwide. The ideal candidate would have over five years of Windows system administration experience and be comfortable working in a team environment. We are looking for a self-starter who is willing to ensure high level customer support provided to users as well as field service personnel. Responsibilities include providing Tier 2 level support, troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining Windows Servers.

Skills and Requirements

-5 years of IT and Windows Systems Administrator experience

-Windows Server maintenance and troubleshooting experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS

-Experience with iDRAC (local and remote server management)

-Experience performing Systems backups for Cohesity and/or Commvault

-Extensive experience with Microsoft O365/M365

-Experience with VPN Technologies such as Zscaler and Cisco AnyConnect

-Experience with VMware (ESXi, vCenter Server) ServiceNow

AirWatch/Workspace ONE

iOS/iPhones

Wireshark

Remote Desktop tools (Beyond Trust, CyberArk, RDP) null
