    Work you'll do:

    • Serve as Scrum Master, working closely with multiple Scrum teams, maintaining cohesive plans and schedules to Ensure that all software development efforts are aligned with program goals and objectives.

    • Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Scrum teams, product owners, and other stakeholders including cybersecurity and operations.

    • Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile methodologies and best practices to Manage the software development lifecycle, including backlog grooming, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.

    • Ensure compliance with DOD RMF requirements for all software development activities.

    • May oversee the efforts of less junior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • MA/MS degree or Bachelors Degree plus 18 years of experience

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    • Active Secret security clearance required

    • 7+ years of experience with agile software development, agile methodologies, software development life cycle management, and cross-functional team.

    • Experience in any of the following: Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and/or Slack SAFe Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master & SAFe for Government, SAFe PO/PM

    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $92,981 to $154,969.

    You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
