Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $100-110 per hourWe are seeking a Salesforce Program Manager to manage the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce for the Marketing Partnerships team. You’ll oversee project lifecycles, develop change management plans, ensure adoption, and drive stakeholder alignment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll advocate for process improvements, track adoption metrics, and resolve challenges to optimize workflows. Responsibilities:Salesforce Implementation
Lead the Salesforce implementation for the Marketing Partnerships team and cross-functional collaborators. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including creating implementation plans, defining organizational change management needs, coordinating communication and training strategies, and monitoring adoption to identify and address gaps.
Ensure adoption of Salesforce and its associated workflows, tracking adoption metrics and making adjustments as needed.
Escalate issues to leadership and engineering teams when necessary to resolve critical challenges.
Advocate for the Marketing Partnerships team's needs in collaboration with product and workflow optimization efforts.
Product Workflow Optimization & Change Management
Develop and execute strategic change management plans, coordinating with global teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce and related workflows.
Partner with key stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions, draft communications, create guidance and best practices, and directly resolve challenges during rollouts.
Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
Drive alignment and facilitate communication on the Salesforce implementation roadmap for Marketing Partnerships, executing against defined priorities.
Collaborate with Product teams to develop and implement an engagement model, including best practices, workflows, and feedback methods.
Identify and mitigate risks or misalignment in projects, devising plans to manage or eliminate setbacks.
Lead meetings with Product teams, ensuring users receive proper service and support for Salesforce-related needs.
Develop a prioritization framework to translate feature requirements from users to the Product team effectively.
7+ years of experience in a cross-functional Salesforce Program Management or Implementation role.
Expertise in Salesforce Media Cloud and Marketing Cloud products.
Salesforce Admin Certification.
Familiarity with product development workflows, including project management, user acceptance testing, and documentation creation.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain, socialize, and promote new strategies, workflows, and practices.
Experience working with global marketing and technical teams, such as data science and engineering teams.
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and solve complex problems efficiently.
Understanding of advertising business models, particularly within the SVOD industry.
High tolerance for change and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
