Salesforce Net Zero Cloud Manager

Primary responsibilities for this Salesforce Net Zero Cloud (NZC) role include the following:

• Perform the sales, solutioning and deployment estimates for Cherry Bekaert client NZC implementations. This will include solution demonstrations, project scope definition, proposed architecture design, implementation project plan and role-based staffing plan.

• Manage the complete implementation life cycle of NZC client engagements. This will include client requirements definition, application provisioning, architecture design, data conversion, application configuration, oversight of software customization, system integration, solution testing, user training and go-live management.

Primary skills for this role include the following:

• Salesforce Net Zero Cloud application expertise. A certification with this application is a plus.

• Salesforce Experience Cloud application expertise. A certification with this application is a plus.

• Ability to lead teams by influence and motivate others to execute and achieve planned results by collaborating across functions in a matrixed environment.

• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and demonstrations.

• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Other credentials for this role:

• A minimum of two Salesforce certifications.

• Must have led at least one Salesforce Net Zero Cloud implementation.

• Must have led at least one Salesforce Experience Cloud implementation.

• Salesforce solution demonstration capabilities

• Bachelors Degree Required

The salary range for this position is $91,000 to $256,600. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
