  • Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce BSA to join a top insurance client on a contract basis. The team is part of an existing distribution application on Salesforce held by a digital advisor platforms team. Ongoing enhancements and new features, with active development on Salesforce, managing two applications: PLCM (for onboarding and offboarding advisors, and tracking licenses) and CRM. Responsibilities include production support, ticket triage, and minor enhancements. Onboarding advisors involves collecting extensive documentation and the need to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Skills and Requirements

    5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst

    5+ years of experience with complex salesforce applications

    Hands on experience writing and refining user stories

    Ability to write/execute test cases

    Experience with more complex Salesforce projects ideally in an insurance environment or similar Certified Salesforce Admin

    Production support experience

    Insurance or banking industry experience null
