Overview:

BASE PAY $11.00-$15.00 AN HOUR

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing expert guidance on our beauty products, services, and treatments. If you are passionate about the beauty industry, have a proven track record in sales, and possess exceptional leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience.

Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our business.
• Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to customers, helping them find the best beauty solutions to meet their individual needs.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on the benefits and usage of our beauty products, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products, and make informed recommendations to customers.
• Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a loyal customer base through exceptional customer service.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and optimized for sales opportunities.
• Handle cash transactions and daily administrative paperwork, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, and sales skills.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, and treatments.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time.
• Background in beauty therapy or cosmetology is a plus.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
