    You will take the lead selling Oracle's most advanced technology and services for hotels and restaurants, including Opera Cloud, Simphony Cloud and MICROS point of sale hardware, and an ever-evolving range of innovative solutions. Learn more at ~~~/

    This role is focused on the casino gaming sector of the hospitality market. You are the face of Oracle Hospitality with customers. You will develop to be a leader with a point of view with deep knowledge in hospitality technology, influencing customers and resolving their business challenges. You will be the trusted authority customers call on for advice.

    You will develop long-term relationships with customers, including casinos, poker rooms and horse racing operations. You will work with Hotel and Food and Beverage Management, Information Technology, Marketing and Finance teams, as well as General Management and C-Suite executives. You will advise them to find solutions for their operational challenges, helping them to modernize and grow their business by providing industry-leading Oracle Hospitality solutions.

    Your sales efforts will be supported by our solution engineering, business development, inside sales, consulting, strategy, operations, and partner teams. Our team is global, diverse, and incrediby self motivated.

    You will be involved in ongoing account management with the assistance of our Client Success Management and Product Support teams.

    A typical day will include prospecting, sales conversations, presentations, problem solving, customer service, relationship building and internal communication. You will create details account plans, accurately maintain and report your sales forecast, master internal systems and processes, network with team members and sell your ideas internally.

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

    • Will consider people with the right combination of skill and experience

    • 5+ years B2B field sales experience, preferably in technology

    • A hospitality management background is a plus

    • You are comfortable working in a self-service environment, learning as you go

    • Ability to travel about 25%

    • Personal computer skills, PC or Mac, your choice

    • Business communications skills commensurate with the role

    • Basic Excel skills

    • PowerPoint skills, ability to work with professionally produced presentation materials we provide and create a compelling presentation

    • Conducts web and in-person meetings with professionalism, understands preparation requirements

    Responsibilities

    Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Run sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

    US: Hiring Range: from $93,000 to $185,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
