Sales Director

In this role, you'll drive the success of our sales team while fostering strong connections with our customers.
As our Sales Director, you will lead both the inside and outside sales teams, ensuring that our sales are executed with excellence and customer satisfaction is always the top priority. You'll use your strong leadership and organizational skills to grow the team, manage day-to-day sales activities, and achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and inspire your team will be key to success.
Sales Director Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and hold the sales team accountable to high standards of performance.
- Conduct daily check-ins and weekly team meetings to ensure alignment and productivity.
- Provide training and development to build a strong sales team capable of meeting department and individual goals.
- Drive new business by attending trade shows, networking events, and other lead-generating activities.
- Monitor and manage CRM and sales reporting systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Reduce customer cancellations within the first year through proactive communication and relationship-building.
- Work closely with the marketing team on promotions and other company initiatives to drive sales.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide feedback to the leadership team on service or sales issues.
- Ensure sales processes follow the "good, better, best" approach to meet customer needs.
- Partner with other departments to exceed customer expectations and ensure smooth operations.
Performance Metrics for Sales Director:
- Achieve target closing percentages: Inside Sales: 70%, Outside Sales: 75%.
- Meet or exceed sales revenue and recurring unit budget goals.
- Maximize lead conversion rates and track performance against department benchmarks.
Required Qualifications for Sales Director:
- Leadership
- Proven experience leading and developing sales teams, setting clear goals, and providing feedback.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and other departments.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Background check, driving record, and drug testing required.
- Employment reference checks required.
- Pest control experience is not required. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
What We Offer Sales Director:
Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary plus bonuses
- Total cash earnings $60k to $120k+
