    We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Director with a high level of expertise in the financial wealth industry. The chosen individual will be tasked with overseeing and managing the entire sales team, including compliance and principal review of the advisors' recommendations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Utilize business analytics to identify opportunities for company growth

    • Apply industry experience and knowledge to optimally manage the advisor pool

    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, enhancing the client experience, and boosting product relevance

    • Facilitate seamless client experience through the adoption of prescribed engagement practices

    • Effectively utilize Fidant Wealth Partner's resources for digital engagement and delivery

    • Evaluate and assign advisors to appropriate client accounts

    • Provide guidance to advisors concerning complex client accounts

    • Strategize and implement strategies for enhancing market share and firm growth

    • Contribute to the strategic direction of the sales team, including setting annual goals

    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales team members

    • Conduct recruitment and provide ongoing development for both novice and experienced advisors

    Requirements

    Required Skills and Experience

    • Industry experience: minimum of 8-10 years in Financial Wealth

    • A thorough understanding of business analytics

    • Licenses and credentials: Series 7, 66 (or 65 and 63 combined) Life, Health and Annuities Insurance

    • Professional experience in a sales leadership role

    • Background in the financial services industry is required

    • Education: Undergraduate degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent
