JOB SUMMARY

Primary activities include receptionist & miscellaneous office tasks, including providing world class customer service that exceeds customer needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer & route, high volume of inbound calls
• Provide inventory, pricing and shipping information
• DocuWare scanning
• Filing
• Customer call-backs for credit card declines and shipping instructions
• Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution (Team effort) Internal mail runs between departments
• Data entry
• RMA entry
• Write up customer orders on designated Company order forms
• Return messages, e-mails and voice mails in a timely manner
• Support sales team with outgoing communication to customers Other duties may be assigned

Requirements & Skills

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and associated Microsoft programs — Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.

Education:

High school or GED desired

Experience:

• Knowledge of internal combustion engines (ICE) and/or the racing aftermarket industry a plus
• Excellent sales skills desired
