    Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

    Location: Hybrid - Must reside in Ottawa County or Kent County

    Pay Range: $20/Hour

    What's the Job?

    • Reach out to prospective employer partners via in-person appointments, phone calls.

    • Referral of parolee/probationer to employment opportunities

    • Assistance in communication regarding available employment opportunities with Program Manager.

    • Contact with employer to assist/intervene in issues to encourage job retention. Build rapport with clients for continued success.

    • Work with Parole/Probation staff to facilitate Employment Workshops, Job Fairs, and Orientations in conjunction with S.O.S. Program Manager.

    What's Needed?

    • High School Diploma or GED required

    • 3-5 years of professional sales experience preferred

    • Strong Communication skills

    • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platform

    • Experience working in or with a correctional facility would be ideal
