    The WORLDPAC Recruiter will

    be responsible for

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from

      initial

      contact through negotiation and onboarding.

      Adher

      Level Agreements (SLA) for a positive

      and consistent

      experience for all

    • Post requisitions and create content to share open roles via social media platforms.

    • Proactively source,

      identify

      , and engage talent through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.

    • Conduct

      phone interviews

      to evaluate candidates'

      skills and

      experiences

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and

      quarterly

      goals.

    • Provide

      strategic guidance on market

      dynamics and

      trends, talent availability

      and workforce planning.

    • Flexibility to

      assist

      cross-functional

      HR

      roles

      to

      meet company

      objectives

    • Possess

      the ability

    Pay Range:
