Sales Agent

Description We are seeking a Sales Agent to join our team in Canal Fulton, Ohio. The selected individual will be instrumental in providing information to clients and enrolling them in suitable health insurance plans. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, with the main focus being to assist with open enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information to clients about various health insurance plans

• Enroll clients in appropriate health insurance plans based on their specific coverage needs

• Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and progress with clients

• Handle inbound calls from clients and provide prompt and accurate responses

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of basic life insurance principles and apply them as necessary

• Ensure accurate data processing in all client interactions

• Adhere to the working hours of Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 5:00 pm, at our onsite location

• Possess a current Ohio Life and Health License to effectively perform duties. Requirements - Proven experience as a Sales Agent or similar role in sales

• Proficiency in using CRM software for maintaining and analyzing customer data

• Solid understanding of data processing principles and methodologies

• Ability to handle and respond to inbound calls in a professional and timely manner

• Basic knowledge of Life Insurance products, their features and benefits

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

• Strong negotiation and selling skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of commitment to exceptional customer service

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field would be a plus.
