    Job Description

    Your Team

    As t he Sales Administrator, you will support the execution of all on site sales and marketing related initiatives for our Newbrook Community, in Newcastle. Your journey begins by supporting your Community Sales Representative throughout the new home buying process, updating and maintaining administrative and operational requirements for the community and presentation centre, as well as ensuring an exceptional sales experience for our customers at point of sale and up to closing.

    This is a part time role based in Newcastle, ON with shifts every weekend.

    Your Key Deliverables

    • Be knowledgeable about Brookfield Residential's products to assist customers with decision-making.

    • Handle paperwork and follow-ups efficiently.

    • Support sales by prospecting, updating CRM, and managing purchaser files.

    • Ensure timely submission of sales contract information to the right departments.

    • Keep CRM updated with buyer details and mortgage approvals.

    • Serve as the customer's main point of contact and resolve concerns.

    • Oversee weekly sales reporting and maintain presentation centre/model home standards.

    • Keep lot inventory updated across all systems and formats.

    • Record guest traffic and demographics promptly.

    • Guide customers from agreement to closing and beyond, supporting them through key construction stages.

    • Represent customers at community team meetings.

    • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the Brookfield team for a smooth journey.

    • Address special requests to enhance the home-buying experience.

    • Introduce homeowners to local amenities.

    • Ensure fairness and professionalism in all activities.

    • Coordinate with the Construction team to ensure smooth project starts and home delivery.

    • Set accurate expectations with customers and update them via the Homeowner Portal.

    • Ensure presentation centers, model homes, and spec inventory homes meet Brookfield's standards.

    • Maintain and review community website content.

    • Provide marketing feedback on traffic demographics, buyer profiles, and traffic sources.

    • Keep marketing materials current and available.

    • Continuously analyze competitors' products, pricing, and offerings in new and resale markets.

    • Stay actively involved in the local homebuilding industry and residential community.

    • Develop in-depth knowledge of the local area and its venues.

    Must Haves

    • 2+ years of customer service and/or administration experience
