  • Overview

    We are hiring a Sales Administrator for Latin America and the Caribbean will report to the Director of Sales for ID/Optical Devices/ EID. The primary responsibility of this position will be to support sales for Latin America and Caribbean accounts currently under management by FNAC. Achieve the division sales plan, provide weekly and monthly detail reporting on sales and logistical activity of the accounts from the various subsidiaries and or distributors. Will support efforts for sales growth of the Caribbean and Latin America territories and support Caribbean C/R and C/D accounts, achieve annual targets, and perform other duties as assigned and requested by his/her manager and/or Fujifilm Management. This position will learn to and manage CMW portion of the business and learn the FCPA process for Compliance.

    FUJIFILM North America Corporation, a marketing subsidiary of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation, consists of six operating divisions. The Imaging Division provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services, including silver halide consumables; inkjet consumables; digital printing equipment, along with service and support; personalized photo products fulfillment; film; one-time-use cameras; and the popular INSTAX® line of instant cameras, smartphone printers, instant film, and accessories . The Electronic Imaging Division markets its GFX System and X Series lines of mirrorless digital cameras, lenses, and accessories to provide a variety of content creation solutions for both still and moving imagery. The Optical Devices Division provides optical lenses for the broadcast, cinematography, closed circuit television, videography, and industrial markets, and also markets binoculars and other optical imaging solutions. The Graphic Communication Division utilizes its extensive industry knowledge to develop fully supported traditional and digital print solutions for industries including commercial print, wide format, and packaging with its comprehensive line of digital inkjet presses, production toner printers, and software. The Industrial Products Division delivers new products derived from Fujifilm technologies including data storage tape products, including OEM and FUJIFILM Ultrium LTO cartridges, desalination solutions, microfilters and gas separation membranes. The Non-Destructive Testing Division delivers radiography solutions to ensure high accuracy inspection of transportation infrastructure, and assets within aerospace, and oil and gas industries.

    Responsibilities

    • Interface daily with varying departments, such as, Director of Sales, customer service, credit, finance, supply chain team, product team, international teams, marketing team, and our accounts in LATAM and the Caribbean.

    • Attend multiple weekly meetings with Director of Sales to touch base on all department related matters.

    • Attend weekly meetings with EF and customer service teams to go over pending orders, issues, and status.

    • Attend monthly meetings with FFCO to review sales and marketing performance.

    • Attend bi-monthly divisional meeting.

    • Monitor emails in order to ensure orders, requests and inquiries are being handled. Follow-up with relative departments when needed.

    • Support and grow sales for all Latin America and its territories, provide a high level of customer satisfaction and successfully execute sales plan by following sales strategy provided by Director of sales.

    • When required use SAP to generate invoices for export shipments, delivery information, material pricing, UPC information, material dimensions, order information and credit memos for internal use and/or to share with accounts when requested.

    • Request performance reports monthly from LATAM accounts and maintain records of annual & monthly sales quotas by material group to ensure sales numbers are on track.

    • Generate/Update monthly reports using SAP BI Analyzer - actualized all reports to reflect changing fiscal year and accounts:

    • LA Sales Detail Report

    • LA Performance Report (Update using LA Sales detail report and reports requested from FTYO, FFCO & FSAO)

    • Monthly Caribbean Report

    • Monthly OD Report

    • Monthly Flash Report

    • Update forecast templates monthly to LATAM and select Caribbean accounts; add or remove material information when needed, create new templates and update based on customer submission.

    • Update Anaplan every month for FNAC.

    • Updated forecasts for CLP, IJP and Chemicals, submit to EF, FFBE and FFCN.

    • Generate Caribbean forecast report using BI analyzer monthly.

    • Send Director of sales weekly and monthly sales admin activities report where I descriptively provide updates in accounts, orders, marketing, meetings, issues, and successes.

    • Special projects:Create and implement efficiencies related to sales workflow for Latin America as directed by sales. Coordinate and liaise with various subsidiaries and distributors for special projects.

    • Translations:Review and/or provide Spanish translation support for various teams FTYO, FNAC, etc.

    • Manage I.R. programs Caribbean:Receive Instant savings promotional bulletins from the marketing team, submit instant rebates sell-out report with supporting documents and through FAN website process instant rebate claims for approval.

    CMW processing new accounts and vendors

    • Utilize workflow (CMW) daily to maintain accounts in SAP: Set up new accounts and set up new material groups for accounts as needed.

    • Created a process for managing MOUs for customers in the O.D division to provide commission payments.

    Required Skills/Education

    Minimum 2 years College associate degree.

    • Proven background, business office administration, plus 3 + years' work experience in a fast paced and highly competitive technical, service and/or sales capacity.

    • Very Strong Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) Speak, Read, & Write with strong grammar skills in both languages.

    • Ability to research and analyze various different types of data information and make sound business judgments.

    • Organization skills a must.

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Skilled in using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, and One drive.

    Salary and Benefits:
