    The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for generating new sales leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is designed for someone who can hit the ground running and activate sales efforts in the Atlanta market. The position offers a base salary with additional commission opportunities, providing the chance to earn based on performance and results.

    Reports to: SVP of Sales

    Pay Range: $24.00-$28.00 per hour plus unlimited commission at (%) on new business

    Location: Atlanta, GA

    Travel: Travel will be required as needed to attend client meetings and events, including but not limited to trade shows, tours, and meet and greets.

    Key Objectives

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Independently develop new sales leads through various channels.
    • Drive revenue growth through effective sales activities.
    • Utilize CRM sales tracking tools to manage key accounts.
    • Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Deliver exceptional guest service.
    • Accurately maintain a calendar of appointments.
    • Collaborate effectively with both guests and team members.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or theme park industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Compliance with Fun Spot America Theme Park's drug-free workplace policy, including consent to pre-employment drug testing and adherence to federal, state, and local laws regarding drug and alcohol use.
    • Successfully undergo a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle check when applicable.

    Physical Requirements

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.

    • Tolerance of Temperature Fluctuations
    • Must be able to work in an environment with high noise levels and varying lighting conditions, including exposure to flashing lights.
    • Must be able to verbally communicate clearly and effectively with guests in a dynamic environment.

    Other Requirements:

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with group sales, corporate events, or large-scale event planning.
    • Familiarity with the theme park industry and local market trends.

    Commission Structure:

    As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive commission based on your monthly performance. Here's how it works:

    • Monthly Goal: Each month, you will have a set revenue target to achieve.
    • Commission on Goal: If you reach your monthly goal, you'll earn a commission of 3% on the total revenue up to that goal.
    • Additional Commission: For any revenue you generate above your goal, you'll earn an additional 5% commission on that excess amount.

    Example:

    • Monthly Goal: $100,000
    • Monthly Revenue: $125,000

    Commission Breakdown:

    • 3% of $100,000 = $3,000
    • 5% of $25,000 = $1,250

    Total Commission Paid: $4,250

    This structure rewards you for consistently hitting your goals and provides even greater earning potential when you exceed them.
