    Job Purpose:

    A successful Change Attendant must provide exceptional guest service to our guests and adhere to all Gaming control policies and procedures.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

    • Ensure the assigned area is neat and clean.
    • Monitor slot equipment in order to maintain proper use and maintenance.
    • Greet all new and existing players and accommodating their needs within program guidelines to ensure player satisfaction and encourage return visits
    • Monitor and pay jackpots.
    • Monitor and help maintain all change machines.
    • Handle guest complaints and disputes fairly and with the best interest of the hotel/casino in mind.

    This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     • Minimum of 6 month cash handling experience preferred
    • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once.
    • Comfort in operational computer skills required for cash handling system
    • Dedication to Integrity, Teamwork and Customer Service.
    • The ability to maintain composure during time of uncertainty.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.
    LANGUAGE SKILLS:

    Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

    REASONING ABILITY:

    Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

    Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
