    Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.

    Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency. Provides business practices and processes. Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization's operational and financial business objectives. Provides analysis and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and/or contracts. May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and/or communications.

    This individual will be responsible for interfacing across all levels of senior management in the Partner eco system including stakeholder management. This individual will be accountable for identifying and releasing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for the Global Business Revenue Operations (GBRO) organization. This individual will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of RPA from procurement to deployment, reporting, and maintenance. This individual will lead other support innovation projects such as chatbot and other projects to decrease the dependency on manual processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Procure RPA & setup infrastructure within organization

    • Automate the current support ticket assignment process

    • Identify & research additional use cases to automate. Implement changes for manual processes, as needed.

    • Design & build the use cases in UiPath

    • Document workarounds

    • Test & deploy use cases

    • Maintain the solutions & provide live support, as needed

    • Provide status updates to upper management

    • Evaluate and report on RPA business value (efficiency & time/money saved)

    • Lead Partnerhelp transition

    • Oversee roll out of Chatbot on Partner Hub

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

    US: Hiring Range: from $28.85 to $60.63 per hour; from $60,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
