RN Manager

We are look for an Home Health RN Manager to join our compassionate team!

$50-60/hr

M-F 8-5

Everett, WA

1-2 years of leadership experience!

Details:

Recognize and assist in solving clinical and administrative problems

Supervise care delivery systems to ensure accuracy and consistency

Provide clinical expertise in medical, behavioral, and crisis management

Coordinate with the Unit Manager and/or Director of Nursing to accomplish facility and patient-care goals

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

Communicate with residents and families to address care-related concerns

Qualifications:

Unencumbered WA State RN License (LPN is not eligible for this role)?

BSN

At least 1 year of previous Leadership / Supervisory experience?

Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or Transitional Care experience
