    Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Charge Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents' physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active Assisted Living (Aurora on France) building in Edina, MN!

    Nursing schedule includes;

    16 hours in two weeks, part-time schedule

    Day shift

    Every other weekend

    Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior living community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care.     Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan

    Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

    RN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed

    Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

    Required

    Current MN RN license or by start date

    AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

    (3 week grace period for BLS)

    Preferred

    Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

    Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

    Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers

    Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
