In this role, you will serve as the primary resource for optimizing and managing our operations within the RingCentral platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system aligns with our communication and operational needs, streamline workflows, and improve user adoption.
What You'll Do:- System Administration:
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the RingCentral platform, including user accounts, call flows, IVRs, queues, voicemail, and other system settings.
- Monitor system performance, usage, and security settings to ensure optimal functionality.
- Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity and user compliance within the system.
Process Optimization:- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and functionality within RingCentral.
- Develop and implement optimized processes for call routing, reporting, and system integrations to enhance operational performance.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools, CRMs, or other business applications.
User Training and Support:- Provide hands-on training, documentation, and support to employees to improve user adoption and proficiency with RingCentral.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving user issues within the platform.
Reporting and Analytics:- Generate and analyze call metrics, usage reports, and performance data to support decision-making.
- Create custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to management.
Collaboration and Communication:- Work with IT, customer service, and other departments to ensure RingCentral supports overall company goals.
- Stay updated on RingCentral features and functionality and advise on new capabilities that could benefit the organization.
- Partner with RingCentral support for escalations, advanced troubleshooting, or new feature implementation.
What We're Looking For:- 5 years of experience within RingCentral Platform
- Proven experience as a RingCentral administrator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Ring Centrals functionality, including call flows, IVRs, queues, analytics, and integrations
- Experience optimizing workflows and processes using RingCentral
- Familiarity with third-party integrations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and often changing environment, with an inclination to solve problems.
- Ability to communicate and work across multiple functions and teams.
- Strong sense of self-awareness and a steady commitment to get better every day.
- Experience in and understanding of mortgage sales and processes a plus.
