    Summary

    It is the responsibility of the Rigging Coordinator to coordinate rigging and associated electrical requirements for produced events. Serve as the primary liaison between the client sales staff and rigging engineer to ensure successful coordination of rigging requirements.

    Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence.

    This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working in-office and/or show site based out of Las Vegas, NV. This role will help cover special events for intermittent periods of time with scheduled hours fluctuating weekly.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain show files/show kits to ensure completion of required documentation.

    • Work with the Client Solutions Manager and clients to gather specifications and enter the appropriate systems.

    • Produce and process on-site work tickets as required.

    • Complete work tickets and enter dismantle labor.

    • Ensure labor tickets are signed by exhibitors.

    • Dispatch labor and obtain detailed information about installation upon return.

    • Create final billing reports for invoicing.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS

    • Aptitude for various related software.

    • Ability to interpret floor plans.

    • Understand rigging safety procedures.

    • Understand exposition work tickets preferred.

    • Understand local union jurisdictions and rules preferred.

    Education & Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    • 1+ years' experience in labor coordination or exhibitor services preferred.

    • Proficient in MS Office suite.

    Travel Requirements

    Travel 50% to 75%
