What You'll be Doing:
As a Manager, Sales Business Retention, you'll take on a pivotal role in leading your team toward achieving ambitious retention goals. You'll be accountable for the overall performance and results of the retention department, ensuring our customer base remains loyal and engaged. This role goes beyond day-to-day oversight, requiring strategic thinking and execution to drive successful retention initiatives.
**Key Tasks: **
Manage a team responsible for retaining existing customers and re-engaging lapsed customers.
Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies and programs.
Monitor department performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
Foster strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
Coordinate with other departments to align retention strategies with overall business objectives.
Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and minimize churn.
Oversee the documentation and tracking of retention activities in CRM systems.
Provide regular performance feedback and professional development opportunities to team members.
Analyze retention data and trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
Prepare and present high-level reports to senior management on retention performance and future plans.
You're a Great Fit if You Meet These Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term retention strategies.
Team Leadership: Skills to manage and inspire a team towards achieving retention targets.
Customer Insight: Proficiency in understanding customer needs and behavior.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Capability to work effectively with other departments.
Data Analysis: Skills to analyze retention metrics and translate findings into actionable strategies.
CRM Expertise: Advanced proficiency in customer relationship management tools.
Performance Management: Ability to monitor and improve team performance.
Reporting and Presentation: Skills to prepare and present insightful reports to senior management.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $121,350 - $170,050
This role is eligible for Bonus.
