Location Description As a field sales employee, you will have the opportunity to travel and enjoy the flexibility that comes with remote work. We have retail customers across North America and team members in about every U.S. state. Responsibilities Overview The purpose of this job is to sell and merchandise Post Consumer Brands Products in all assigned retail outlets throughout a geographic territory. The key focus is on growth of distribution and shelf space. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Selling Post Consumer Brands products permanent distribution and merchandising at store level Execution and tracking of planned promotional activity Establishing and maintaining personal contacts with key store personnel Installing and maintaining necessary merchandising fixtures Working with Post Consumer Brands account teams and management to resolve any merchandising opportunities Completing and managing retail tracking and other required reports Implementing store resets Qualifications Preferred Experience 2+ years experience in retail sales and retail merchandising Knowledge of PC and basic software Bilingual English/Spanish Four year degree preferred Experience with consumer packaged goods company preferred Other Characteristics A high degree of organizational and prioritization skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work with a high degree of independence Highly self-motivated Creative/innovative thinker Able to travel overnight up to 50% Ability to lift up to 40lbs
