Responsibilities:

• Welcome all customers by greeting them promptly and offering them assistance.
• Access the customers needs and escort them to the proper merchandise or by suggesting related items.
• Provide accurate information about the merchandise we carry and advise them on the advantages and benefits.
• Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Develop long-term customer relationships.
• Accept payments by totaling purchases and processing checks, cash, or credit cards through Point Of Sale.
• Maintain Boyne Resorts company standards by cleaning and merchandising (folding clothes, straightening racks, stacking boots, etc)
• Regularly perform store maintenance items such as sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work independently and multi-task.
• Basic computer skills.
• Guest/Customer service experience preferred
• Experience in, or passion for golf and/or snow sports preferred.
