Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Tulsa. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and increase profitability for the company. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and generate sales.
