SmartWay is a Knoxville based retailer offering home furnishings, appliances, electronics, and even tires on a Lease/Rent-to-own basis. We are the home of Pay Your Way allowing our customers to customize their rental purchase payments.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in the success of the store by consistently delivering excellent customer service and fulfilling sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing agreements. This role also processes renewal payments with a high level of customer service. Additionally, our Retail Sales Associate ensures the showroom floor is well-maintained and provides a warm, friendly environment for our customers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of retail sales experience
• Bilingual with English and Spanish is helpful but not necessary
