    Summary:

    The Retail Lockbox Machine Operator/Extractor are responsible for running the Opex MPS30 and Opex 150 and the Bantec XDS, 50's, 51's. Work hours are designated by the Center Manager and will be changed as the workflow requires. Overtime, holiday and weekend work is mandatory as determined by the Center Manager.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Machine operators should be able to lift 25lbs, stand, bend and twist throughout the day. Extractors should be able to open mail based on the standards of the department and other responsibilities.

    • Employee Quality Survey- Help improve on the "Top Box" rating on the Employee Quality Survey.

    • Cash Management External Customer Survey- Help improve on the "Top Box" rating on the Cash Management External Customer Survey.

    • Work habits- Maintain quality work habits (attendance and punctuality) as outlined in the department policies. The department is also production based for all clerks which is also outlined in the department policies.

    Requirements:

    • Retail Lockbox Services Department standard operating procedures

    • Retail Lockbox account processing procedures

    Skills :

    • PC skills

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Personal motivation skills

    Abilities :

    • To operate computer equipment

    • To work under pressure and produce a quality product

    • To pay close attention to detail

    • To follow procedures

    • To complete work in a timely manner and meet deadlines as assigned

    • To come to work on time and meet the department attendance standards

    Qualifications:

    • At least 1 year of production experience required or the equivalent in education and experience.

    • Applicant must be available for overtime.

    • Applicant must have a proven high performance in quality and production.

    Hours:

    • Friday - Tuesday / 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
