Position Overview:
As a Retail and Events Marketing Specialist with All Weather Seal, you'll split your time between engaging customers in our high-traffic retail showroom and setting up dynamic booths at trade shows and events. Whether you're in-store or at a special event, you'll be the face of our brand, educating potential clients on our home renovation solutions and driving sales through engaging, informative interactions. We're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and marketing, and strong attention to detail. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Set up and manage promotional booths in high-traffic retail areas.
• Demonstrate and promote products to potential clients in an engaging manner.
• Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
• Maintain a clean and organized booth that reflects the All Weather Seal image.
• Coordinate with store management and comply with all retail requirements.
