    Position Summary

    Responsible for scheduling Providers and any ancillary staff in MinuteClinics to ensure adequate market coverage with the goal of keeping the clinics open 100% of the time. The MinuteClinic Region Coordinator must be able to navigate multiple scheduling platforms and look at overtime, the needs of clinic and understand the dynamic work environment and identify unique staffing needs of retail health clinics. The Coordinator will work with their direct supervisor, the market leadership, and staff to analyze market-level scheduling and financial reports related to staffing & scheduling. The Region Coordinator will be required to support a full-time 40-hour schedule Monday-Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST.

    Required Qualifications

    1+ year of medical scheduling experience

    Proficient with Microsoft Suite

    Deadline oriented

    Ability to work independently or with others in a fast-paced environment (in-person or virtually)

    5+ years prior related work experience

    Epic experience preferred

    Education

    High School diploma or GED equivalent

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is

    $17.00 - $31.30

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
