    Under the direction of our Integrated Manufacturing Executive Team, the Resource Coordinator is responsible for processing field employee transfers across all departments and projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • High School diploma or G.E.D.
    • Utilize and maintain accurate resource loading data to process field employee transfers.
    • Collaborate with project team leaders and department managers to ensure staffing assignments are meeting the needs of the projects and employees.
    • Review resource-loading data to anticipate future staffing needs and make recommendations to the Vice President of Operations.
    • Identify training gaps and make recommendations for employee development.
    • Mentor field employees and collaborate with the project team to help identify employees with supervision potential.
    • Act as field HR liaison regarding employee relations issues.
    • Gain knowledge of the workforce through daily interaction with field employees.
    • Administer field employee performance reviews, process field employee compensation and status changes.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, while being organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
    • Coordinate with Cummings Construction and Service Resource Coordinators for employee transfers between Business Units.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Working knowledge of electrical construction means and methods is preferred but not required.
    • Bilingual Spanish speaking/writing is a plus.
