    Introduction to the Company:

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma
    • 1-2 Years of Hospitality, Customer Service, Retail, Sales or Leasing - preferred (or a combination of education and experience in property management)
    • Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs, internet, and email at a proficient level
    • Yardi & CRM experience a plus
    • Knowledge of Fair Housing preferred
    • This position is located at various company communities in East Bay, Northern California and Kitsap/Snohomish/King County, Washington

    Requirements:

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Acts as first level of contact for all resident inquiries, service requests and concerns.
    • Creates a sense of community and an outstanding living experience for residents.
    • Resolves and promotes positive, proactive resident relations.
    • Contributes to resident retention efforts through service delivery and participation in resident events and resident outreach.
    • Assists with all inquiries including move-in process, resident requests, follow-up, administration, renewal process and move-out process.
    • Contributes to the resident renewal process by acting in a sales capacity to present renewal options to residents
    • Promotes resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address issues.
    • Contributes to the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property by inspecting the property common area and resident amenities daily and reporting to the Maintenance Team any areas that need to be cleaned.
    • Conducts patio and balcony compliance inspections to ensure these meet company standards.
    • Prepares notices for residents in accordance to lease and Fair Housing requirements.
    • Generates maintenance work orders and follow ups with the Maintenance Team for status and completion and conducts resident follow up on their satisfaction of completed work orders.
    • Logs all resident activity.
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of specifications and community policies.
    • Participates in rent delinquency prevention efforts by reaching out to late residents in conjunction with Business Manager oversight.
    • Prepares incident reports pertaining to resident and other onsite issues, in accordance with company standards.
    • Follows Standard Operating Procedures related to the business functions of the position.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Education/Experience:

    High School diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 Years of Hospitality, Customer Service, Retail, Sales or Leasing
