  • This individual will serve as an individual contributor in the Preclinical Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics (PPK/PD) Group.

    In this role, a typical day might include:

    This person will conduct data analysis using WinNonLin or other similar programs and contribute to the protocol design/input for all Pharmacokinetics/ Toxicokinetics studies. This person will work with the preclinical immunoassay group to ensure transparency of data transfer/sharing and will follow all SOPs to ensure GLP compliance.

    This role might be for you if can:

    • Conduct PK and PK/PD data analysis using different software programs

    • PK/TK data analysis, including CRO studies, FIH studies and support of BLA filings

    • Maintain a compliant work environment by staying current with SOPs and being up-to-date with existing GLP guidelines; conduct compliance-related activities (review/draft SOPs, etc.)

    • Stay current with latest industry developments by reading scientific journals

    • Use good communication skills to ensure that key issues are brought to the attention of their supervisor and Study PIs

    • Apply good time management skills to ensure that key data is turned around to meet key deadlines

    • Possess an understanding of pharmacokinetic theory

    • Working experience with and understanding of PK software and conducting non-compartment modeling

    • Experience in working in a GLP environment and following SOPs

    • Experience in animal PK/TK studies, including protocol design & study conduct

    To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in biology or a related field from an accredited college or university.

    • A minimum of one to two (1-2) years of post-degree laboratory experience necessary, including use of Phoenix WinNonlin (or related) PK analysis software

    Salary Range (annually)

    $77,600.00 - $126,600.00
