We are seeking a motivated individual with combined expertise in retinal biology and systems biology, particularly with respect to the study of retinal cell aging and regeneration. Expertise in single-cell sequencing data analysis and methodology development will be especially valuable. In addition, proficiency and knowledge in bioinformatics algorithm development such as cell type annotation based on single-cell sequencing data would be very helpful.
Identifying genes and epigenetic changes associated with retinal cell aging
Regulatory network controlling retinal cell regeneration and development
Supervise students and independently develop projects for grant applications
Applicants should hold a PHD in a related field.
