About the Job

The Requisition Specialist will conduct a high level of transactions while partnering with key stakeholders to ensure business needs are met accurately and timely. This position will be responsible for Sunset Hills, Verona, Weirton, Chester, Mobile, Calera, Vicksburg, Kansas City, Ste. Genevieve, and Bonne Terre.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Essential Functions

• Enter purchase order requisitions

• Monitor purchase order requisition approval routing

• Conduct purchase order receipts

• Monitor invoice approval routing
