    Insight Global is looking for a Reporting Specialist to join one of North America's largest athleisure brands for their People and Culture team. This person will be taking on reporting tasks within such as Workday reporting, power BI data set refreshes and reporting for Avature (ATS). This role will be overseeing day to day reporting duties on the team. They will be working alongside a Sr Reporting Specialists as well as other business stakeholders for service delivery requests through ServiceNow. This person will have great communication skills and thrive in a team environment.

    Skills and Requirements

    1+ years experience with reporting

    Skilled in Excel

    Experience handling sensitive data

    Previous Workday experience

    Great relationship building skills with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and gather requirements

    Great communication and teamwork skills null
