    International International Corporation is a leading North American truck manufacturer with great products, a strong market position and best-in-class distribution networks.International has an exciting opportunity for a Repair Strategy Program Manager to join our team at the headquarters in Lisle, IL. The Repair Strategy Program Manager defines the repair strategy that will be taken for different components to ensure the correct level of repair is achieved without over repairing with a focus on future product. Analyzes Service Repair Times (SRT), Parts, Tools and Training and creates a data driven decision on which is the best for our customers. This position is the data bridge between multiple areas of Aftersales to make the repair strategy consistent across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages new vehicle programs to define the repair strategy

    • Participates in new program concept sheet reviews

    • Virtual architecture reviews

    • Create presentations to illustrate Risks/Issues, and adherence to program timelines

    • Works cross functionally with program teams, product development, service engineering, and the field

    • Competitive and Internal Service Benchmarking including but not limited to:

    • Perform reviews on internal and external competitive best practices

    • Perform on vehicle reviews

    • Perform Service Repair Time Benchmarking

    • Utilize benchmarking results to influence and incorporate into repair strategy

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree

    • At least 5 years of technical service engineering, automotive service or truck service experience

    OR

    • Master's degree

    • At least 3 years of technical service engineering, automotive service or truck service experience

    OR

    • At least 7 years of technical service engineering, automotive service or truck service experience

    Additional Requirements

    • Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.     Desired Skills

    • Excellent presentation skills and verbal/written communication skills

    • Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse teams

    • Familiarity with VisMockUp, CAD, Teamcenter or other engineering drawing systems

    • Diesel, Medium/Heavy Duty, and Electric Vehicle experience is strongly preferred

    • Ability to manage complex projects

    • MS Office Proficient
